Yeah Adli, BUT, hes just doing this as a stepping stone to regulating the internet. Just going for something that makes him look good to start with before all the other blocks come in place.

The wording is sort of weird.

Can you watch movies with "simulated rape"?

Girl with the Dragon Tattoo?

A Clockwork Orange?

etc.

People are going on about how it also incidentally shuts down SM due to it technically being a simulation of a simulation of rape.

Regulating porn, what's this guy going to do next? Require log ins with real names?

kenshiro, you actually have a point. The way its worded that would defiantly make Clockwork orange and other films illegal wouldn't it.... but then again our government doesn't think that deep lol

Expecting David Cameron to consider the implications is like expecting David Cameron to consider the implications

The only reason he goes "RAEP!" is to make it easier to slip other crap under the radar.

You see this in America and all they do in the name of combating terror. Some of it is great, but some of it is just put there to say "we're going to do this AND this, agree with us."

I still remember some people on the whole Internet control thing, you're either with the limiters, or a sick pervert who preys on kids.

The internet would be a more civil place.

There will be a lot more "I know (exactly) where you live." and "I banged your mom, (mom's name) was so ****ed." going on XBL that's for sure.
