Yeah man whats wring with Gravy?

Nothing wring with gravy, its the damn cheese and gravy that sounds weird. Plus gravy on a sammich = messy.

I used to have huge (dinner plate sized) breadcakes (baps, buns, whatever everyone calls them) with chips and gravy at school, but used to have to eat it with a knife and folk lol.

Some places here cheap out and just shred regular cheese on poutines...I've had them with shredded cheddar. It was still good.

The rind gives it a nice added tang. It's good as long as you can get past the texture difference between it and the actual cheese.
