This post will be updated as and when the server is updated.

Current Server Details:

Type - VPS
Dedicated Memory - Dedicated 2GB
Type - Xen PV SolusVM VPS
SSD Storage - 10GB SSD
OS - CentOS 6.x 64bit
Bandwidth - 1TB Bandwidth
Network Port Speed - 100Mbps Port
vCPU Allocation - 2vCPUs

Also Nginx, PHP, MySQL

How to Connect:

Download - FTB

Once installed the modpack required for the server is "Direwolf20 Pack".

Then as normal connect to:

IP Address - 76.72.175.184:25565

NOTE: This is only for testing ATM, so don't get too attached to your stuff, I may reset the world tomorrow, I just wanna see how the server responds to players and bugs for now.

Ante for now its disabled, I'm testing mods and permissions for them, most will be enabled in time except protal guns and Mystcraft.

Epyk can you sticky this thread and remove the one about the old server? I dont seem to have mod rights in this sub forum any more lol

I dunno if you know RS, but a suggestion in case.


Have an opped player spawn a command block, open up its interface and type "/gamerule mobGriefing false" (case sensitive afaik), then give it a redstone signal and destroy it. It'll make it so explosions can still hurt but they won't destroy blocks.

Also, the server will be running 1.4.7 until the server stuff is stable for 1.5, but the FTB client takes care off all of that for you guys, when its up and running i'll post all the info in the second post, its pretty simple, "click and play"

I didn't know, but i'm sure I can do that from server config anyway, i'm still setting up the configs for explosions and stuff, and nuclear reactor meltdowns haha. Have a modified version of bukkit running aswell now, (forget the name tho )

I'll have to enable things slowly, so if something in game that doesnt work that you think should, you will have to let me know...

On a side note, I was looking at an ICBM mod aswell lmao.... looks so cool but would screw up the whole idea of the game.

I don't think the server will lag with them (I hope), but as I'm still testing they are disabled, as they are only generated with a fresh seed or new chunks. Also the optimizations of the server code I'm putting in should cut loading lag. There something That I will enable last.

Yes, I wont delete the map again, unless i REALLY have to. The mods that control maps seem stable, everything else is just technicalitys. I will be adding worldguard and stuff for land ownership, but for now your good to build Very Happy
